We welcome any accounting or finance student, at the sophomore level or higher, to attend meetings and begin the candicacy process. The GPA requirement for all candidates and members is 3.0.
Becoming a member of Beta Alpha Psi is a challenging, yet fulfilling commitment. Requirements for candidates include a payment of dues (includes annual mixer fee), 80% attendance for all meetings and events, providing three hours of community service and volunteering at five tutoring labs throughout the school year.
Beta Alpha Psi provides students with countless networking and recruiting opportunities. At Eta Mu, meetings and events generally include visits from professionals and other representatives from the major accounting firms of the area. In recent years, our members have secured internships and full-time employment opportunities with some of the most respected firms in the profession.
