First Meeting
Monday, September 16th

The Eta Mu Chapter of Beta Alpha Psi welcomes all accounting, finance and information systems students to its first general body meeting on Monday, September 16th.
The meeting, which will cover all informational updates for returning members and interested candidates, will run from 1:50 until 3:15 pm in St. John Hall, Room 206.
Eta Mu E-Board visits Anaheim, CA for BAP Annual Meeting
The Beta Alpha Psi - Eta Mu Chapter E-Board recently traveled to Anaheim, California for the 2013 National Meeting. They have come back to St. John's with a long list of improvements to be made that will help our chapter members become more effective professionals and communicators.
Meet The Mid-Sized Firms Night

Come out to an exciting networking opportunity on Thursday, September 19th. The Accounting Department welcomes all students to the annual Meet The Mid-Sized Accounting Firms Night, held in the D'Angelo Center Ballroom.
Hosted by WeisarMazars, the event will provide students with alternative career opportunities within the accounting profession. The event will run from 4:45 until 7:00 pm.
Accounting Dept. welcomes freshmen at University convocation
Monday, September 2nd
The St. John's University Class of 2017 was welcomed on campus at freshmen convocation on Monday, September 2nd. Notably, the Peter J. Tobin College of Business and the accounting department introduced administrators and faculty to students.
Beta Alpha Psi was asked to speak to over 70 declared accounting majors, where many interested students put themselves on the accelerated track for success. We look forward to seeing these rising professionals in the future.
